Shipping information and rates
We do our best to get your pet’s products to you as quickly as possible! Check out the following info on our shipping policy and rates.
- Estimated shipping times and final shipping costs will be shown during checkout.
- Items may ship separately, and multiple shipping rates may apply for a single order.
- For prescription items, allow 2-3 days for veterinary approval.
- AutoShip single doses and refrigerated items can’t be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.
- Shipping to Puerto Rico is unfortunately not offered at this time.
P.O. boxes:
- P.O. boxes can be used for Standard and USPS Priority shipping methods only.
- P.O. boxes can’t be used for expedited shipping.
- Refrigerated medications can’t be shipped to P.O. boxes.
- All orders shipping with UPS must be sent to a physical address.
The following rates apply to all orders except AutoShip single doses and refrigerated items:

- Refrigerated orders ship Monday – Thursday and will not be processed the day before a major holiday.
- Orders processed after Thursday at 1 p.m. PST may not ship until Monday.
- Refrigerated products can’t be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.
- If shipping to a location with an extreme temperature, please consider choosing a destination where someone is available to receive the package promptly.
