Jessica joined the Banfield team in 2021. She enjoys working for Banfield as a Shift Lead and takes pride in customer service and client education. Jessica has 1 dog and in her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, and kayaking. Jessica passionately believes in Banfield’s mission — creating a better world for pets — through client education.
