Dr. Mattie Ahlers joined the Banfield team in 2019. She attended Iowa State College Of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 2019 with a doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Ahlers enjoys working for Banfield as a Chief of Staff and takes pride in fostering a culture of wellbeing, improving pet comfort through dental extractions, and empowering doctors to value preventive care for pets. She has 2 dogs, and in her free time, she enjoys skiing, backpacking, and sailing. Dr. Ahlers passionately believes in ensuring that all pet owners feel well educated about how to keep their pets healthy and happy!
